I don’t want to sound insensitive but, I thought this is what the first amendment is for? What if it had passages from the Bible in it? Would it still be delayed?

@Chris DRM on the whole sucks I think that if we pay of it, its ours and that the thing being locked to the machine is unfair to the consumer.

I hate DRM. Companies need to learn that fighting the consumers will never work. Putting DRM on the PS3 is insane, they can simply lock the movie down to the specific PS3, like they do for game downloads.
